A fixture of New Orleans’ renowned fine dining scene, Desi Vega and his restaurant group engaged GOAT to help launch a new casual concept in Uptown New Orleans. Combining Desi’s flair for the dramatic, his brand’s reputation for top quality ingredients and preparation, and GOAT’s proclivity for all things hip, the new burger restaurant will offer Uptown residents and visitors the best of both worlds.

Located under the same roof as an existing popular college bar and lounge, GOAT re-imagined the building’s façade with neo-traditional trim detailing, large fold-up windows, and contemporary branding to define the new restaurant from the existing facility. A new outdoor dining space will be carved out of the existing building and the interior will receive a complete makeover. Employing an edgy palette of polished concrete, charred wood, and hipster wallcovering, the new space will fit with Desi’s vibrant energy.
